- We strive to process orders efficiently; however, we do not guarantee completion within 3 hours
- Companies House typically processes applications within 3 working hours, but delays may occur
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time)
📜 1. Definitions
- Content: Text, graphical information, data, etc.
- Services: Company formation, bank account management, and other business-related services
- Users: Website visitors who do not work for RTRSupports Limited
🛒 2. Ordering the Services
- Orders made through our website constitute an offer to purchase the services.
- We may accept or reject any order at our discretion without being obliged to give any explanation.
- It is your duty to ensure that the selected service satisfies your needs.
- Before ordering any of our services, we recommend seeking independent legal, accounting, or taxation advice.
💳 3. Prices & Payments
- All the prices are VAT-excluded unless stated otherwise
- The final price (including VAT) is indicated during check-out
- We reserve the right to change prices and/or discontinue services without any prior notification.
⚠️ Failure to Pay:
- In case you fail to pay for the services provided by us within 60 days, we have the right to
- Stop and/or cancel all the services
- Control the associated services (company, bank account, virtual address)
🏢 4. Company Formation and Ready-Made Companies
- Standard process time: up to 24 hours (subject to Companies House)
- Process delays may occur due to incorrect data or system issues beyond our control.
📄 Documentation:
- Certificates will be sent by email
- Mail delivery (if required) may cost extra and take more time
🏷 Name Protection Service:
- Price per year: £400
- Ownership price: £50
- Failure in renewals may lead to a loss of company control.
🏦 Ready-Made Companies:
- Our company guarantees that ready-made companies
- Do not have trading history
- Are free from any liabilities
📊 5. VAT Registration Service
- VAT application will be filed to HMRC
- ❌ No refund once file is delivered
- Acceptance depends on HMRC decision
💰 6. Cashback Offer (Banks/Merchant Accounts)
Cashback may be offered for banking and merchant accounts with chosen partners.
Terms and conditions:
- Offered for one company formation only
- Requests should be delivered within a specified period of time
- Payments will be made upon receipt of commission from partners
Important Notice:
The company does not guarantee opening a bank account since
- Bad credit history
- Unfavorable business model
- Non-compliance
- Bank discretion
🤝 7. Referral Partner Services
Your details may be shared with banking partners to process your request
Partners may contact you directly within 48 hours
Their services are governed by their own terms and policies
📬 8. Registered Office Service
We provide a UK-registered office address for official correspondence.
Includes:
Mail handling for HMRC, Companies House, and courts
Digital scanning (where applicable)
Conditions:
You must maintain updated contact details
ID verification is required under anti-money laundering laws
No refunds if verification requirements are not met

Scanned Trade Post:
Quarterly fee: £10 + VAT
Mail scanning and forwarding options available
Confidential Trade Post:
Quarterly fee: £18 + VAT
Additional handling and postage fees apply

🔄 10. Service Renewals
Failure to renew services may result in:
Immediate termination of the registered office address
Loss of associated privileges
