Quick guide for company setup


Legal requirements:

  1. A UK registered office address (not a P.O Box address)
  2. At least one director and one shareholder
  3. Receive postal mail at your registered address


  1. Fill up a company form online
  2. Send your it to companies House for approval
  3. Receive an email mentioning that your company is registered. The email will contain a Business Certificate, Certificate of Sharing, Association Memorandum and Reports for the Company.
  4.  After getting the approval you can start your business.

  2. Fill up the form IN01 i.e. the application for company registration
  3. Fill up the form CIC36: application to form a CIC
  4. Create the memorandum and articles of association
  5. Send all the documents and fee



  1. Social Security Number (SSN)
  2. Employee Identification Number (EIN)
  3. Identification documents & address proof


  1. Select a State of corporation
  2. Choose a name for your LLC
  3. Hire a Professional Agent Service
  4. File your LLC with that State
  5. Create an LLC Operating Agreement
  6. Get an EIN
  7. Get a Physical US Mail Address
