UK LTD:

Legal requirements:

1. A UK registered office address (not a P.O Box address)
2. At least one director and one shareholder
3. Receive postal mail at your registered address

Steps:

1. Fill up a company form online
2. Send it to companies House for approval
3. Receive an email mentioning that your company is registered. The email will contain a business certificate, a certificate of sharing, an association memorandum, and reports for the company.
